I spent years fighting my own body. Trapped in a never ending cycle of stress without a clear way out. I suffered from severe gut pain, anxiety and panic attacks. I thought I was doing everything right. But nothing helped. Until I stopped working OUT and started working IN.
Today, my passion is to help guide stressed out people back to lasting resilience and relief from the overwhelming physical, mental and emotional symptoms of stress injury.
I believe everyone has the ability to heal from stress injury we just need to be reintroduced to the right tools. Mindful movement like the fusion of yoga and trauma release exercise, supporting gut health through nutrition and healthy sleep patterns are the tools I use. And you can too.
